Information on personal data that we automatically collect when you visit our website: Cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are little text files that are stored on your hard drive by the web pages you visit. They remember the browser you used and send certain information to the site that placed the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or infect your computer with viruses. They help make Internet services more user-friendly and effective.
This website uses the following kinds of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below; - transient cookies, - persistent cookies, - third-party cookies
a. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. In particular these include session cookies. These store a so-called session ID with which the various requests from your browser can be identified as having been made during a joint session. As a result, your computer can be recognised when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
b. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specific period of time which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
c. You can configure your browser setting to suit your own preferences and, for example, to accept third-party cookies or to reject all cookies. “Third-party cookies” are cookies that are placed by a third party, i.e. not by the actual website you are visiting. We remind you that if you disable cookies, certain functions of this website might not be available or may not work correctly.
The WKAA systems run system and application logs to the customary extent for the sole purpose of error analysis. This includes the IP address and, depending on the system used, the user’s browser if necessary. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest of the RC to ensure network and data security and the functioning of the systems and is not overridden by your privacy interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (Art 6 (1) f GDPR).
